Yes they are! Our units are sanitized before every rental. Cleanliness is part of safety. We clean our inflatables, and all our equipment (concession & games) between every session rental. We are committed to making sure your children are playing in a clean, healthy, and safe environment.
The total balance will be required at the time of booking to confirm your party rentals and secure the reservation. No additional deposit required. Customers may be subject to a cleaning fee or replacement cost if damage is incurred.
All Rentals are booked on first come first serve basis. We suggest booking with us several weeks prior to event to ensure reservation. We do offer same day reservations based on rental availability, but to guarantee your spot we suggest calling as far in advance as possible.
Full Payment is earned upon reservation, Payments are required to secure your date and can be made over the phone or with email invoice which will have 48 hours to be paid or Reservation is considered incomplete and products will be made available for rental. There is a 3.5% fee on all credit card payments.
Preparing for your event its best to avoid mowing your lawn 1-2 days prior to delivery date. Fresh cut grass will make it slick for the participants. It will also help limit any excess debris in the inflatables.
Finding a soft, grassy area is your best location. Make sure you inspect and remove any sharp sticks, rocks, and dog poop. after finding a flat, soft area for the bouncy house. Look for and remove any other debris that might cause damage. If we find anything we may ask that you clean it up for us to continue set up. The acceptable alternative surfaces for set up are dirt and concrete. Under no circumstances can an inflatable ever be set up on rocks, sand or mulch. These types of surfaces are extremely damaging to inflatables.
Delivery will include the set up and take down of inflatables. Please to help us out if you are renting inflatables with the use of Water, please drain pool and turn off the water supply. Clean-up is easier to keep unit blower power running and set up to help us with drying them at pick up.
Each Inflatable will have different dimensions listed to determine which you can accommodate. Check the Bounce House page with sizes of all our units. To make sure you have ample spacing include an additional 3 ft on all sides.
Please let us know what type of terrain the bounce house you are renting will being placed. For safety we try to ensure setting up on level terrain surfaces.
Please check and try to make sure your setup area is clear of low cables or tree branches and allow at least a 3ft buffer zone around the entire bounce house.
The best option for setting up an inflatable is always grass. We can however set up on other surfaces if grass is not possible. The acceptable alternative surfaces are dirt and concrete. If this is the case, please tell us when you place your reservation so that we can have the driver bring tarps which will be placed under the inflatable to protect it.
Under no circumstances can an inflatable ever be set up on rocks, sand or mulch. These types of surfaces are extremely damaging to inflatables. When selecting an area for your inflatable please inspect the ground and remove any rocks, twigs and pet droppings. Our drivers are trained to scout the grounds prior to set up and will ask you to remove any such items if spotted.
Inflatables come with a heavy-duty three-prong plug that will fit your home electrical outlet. They must be set up within 50ft (extension cords provided) of a dedicated power source. For most homes, dedicated outlets can be found outside your home near decks and patios. They can also be found in garages or workshops. Renting Multiple units will require each blower to be set up on different circuits or use generator.
Generators are sometimes necessary where there is no access to an electrical outlet or multiple units. We recommend Generators with minimum of 2,000 watts per blower motor. Don't have your own we have them available to rent at an additional cost
Supervision is required by an adult at all times. Need an extra set of eyes? Yes, we can help with an additional fee. Our current rate is $50/hr. (minimum of 3 hours.)
Yes, Please be sure to contact the city government that you would like to have a bounce house at your party so that you can obtain the appropriate permits. If you don't get the proper permit, we can't put the bounce house in the park. Obtaining correct permits are a must. If permit fees are required it will be the renters responsibility to pay and obtain permit not MI Adventure Rentals.
Most parks do not have electrical outlets or do not allow you to use their electrical outlets to inflate the bounce house. This means you need to rent a generator or bring your own (must be 2000 watts or higher) to power the blower. The generator can be rented at an additional cost
